Client Services Representative

We are looking for a motivated, driven Client Services Representative / Life Insurance Agent to join our growing team. This is an opportunity for someone who is ready to take ownership of their career, set their own goals, and build a rewarding income based on their effort and results.
What You'll Do
- Connect with prospective clients who have requested information about life insurance.
- Conduct virtual or phone-based consultations to understand clients' needs.
- Educate clients on available life insurance options and help them find appropriate coverage.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up consistently with prospective and existing clients.
- Manage your daily schedule, appointments, and sales activity.
- Work toward personal and team production goals.
- Maintain professionalism and follow all applicable insurance regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Must be currently licensed to sell life insurance OR willing to obtain a life insurance license.
- Full-time availability and commitment.
- A go-getter attitude with a strong desire to succeed.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Someone who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Coachable, competitive, and willing to learn.
- A strong work ethic and willingness to put in the effort required to reach your goals.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule.
- Previous sales, customer service, insurance, or financial services experience is a plus—but not required .
