Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification
• Experience in case managing high school students preferred
• Skilled in providing reading and math interventions
• Able to co-teach effectively in ELA and Math classrooms
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Case manage a caseload of 10-15 mild to moderate needs students in grades 9-12
• Deliver reading and math intervention instruction
• Provide co-taught services in general education ELA and Math classrooms
• Coordinate IEP meetings, progress reports, and student data collection
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and specialists to foster student success
