Physician Assistant - Program Coordinator (Comprehensive Spine)

Pay range: Salary$146,557.00 - $219,835.00 Overlake Clinics is seeking a Physician Assistant - Program Coordinator to support itsComprehensive Spine Program. This role will provide strategic and operational leadership for a high‑acuity, hospital‑based spine program within a tertiary medical center. The Program Coordinator will oversee coordination of multidisciplinary spine care across the continuum, including diagnostics, surgical and non‑surgical treatments, perioperative care, rehabilitation, and follow‑up. This role will partner closely with clinical and operational leaders to drive exceptional outcomes, patient experience, and program performance. This is a full‑time (1.0 FTE) role that will involve a combination of clinical work and program development responsibilities. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program Board certified/eligible Washington PA licenseby time of hire 7+ years of progressive healthcare management/program coordinator experience, preferably in surgical services or a complex service line environment Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary clinical programs in an acute care or tertiary setting Strong knowledge of hospital operations and quality improvement Preferred Master’s degree (MHA, MBA, MSN, MSHS MPH, or related) Experience with spine, neurosurgery, orthopedics, or neurosciences service lines Familiarity with tertiary referral models and high‑acuity patient populations Experience with outcomes registries, performance benchmarking, and value‑based care initiatives Why join Overlake?
