Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in Escondido, CA

A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Escondido, California, offering options for both on-site and remote work within a school setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings and comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders among students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each student.
- Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group formats to enhance communication abilities.
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and optimize treatment outcomes.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, assessments, and progress reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent credential.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in California.
- Experience in a school setting is desirable but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices is advantageous.
- Previous remote therapy experience required for candidates interested in teletherapy roles.
