Job Description: To continue to be an industry pioneer in delivering unparalleled care, we need an Occupational Therapist with commitment and compassion. Are you one of them? As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways: Evaluate patients to identify occupational therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide occupational therapy to improve independence, daily living skills, fine motor coordination, and overall function. Educate patients and caregivers on home therapy programs, adaptive techniques, and equipment. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on changing needs and physician orders. Communicate patient progress, changes in condition, and safety concerns to physicians and the care team. Coordinate adaptive equipment and specialized devices, including custom splints when needed. Provide guidance and supervision to COTAs, Home Health Aides, and other clinical staff involved in patient care. What is Required? Current, unrestricted OT license valid for the state of work Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Minimum one (1) year of experience in a clinical care setting Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations What's in it for you?
