About the Role:

Join RIGHT GUYS HEATING & AIR as an HVAC Service Technician and take advantage of an exciting opportunity with a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000! We are looking for skilled technicians to provide top-notch heating and air conditioning services in Fort Mill, SC.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues efficiently.
• Install new Evaporator Coils, Condenser Coils and Compressors and Heating repairs as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role
• Current HVAC service expierience and min of 3 years
• Relevant certifications and licenses are required.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
