Title and Summary Director, North American B2B Secular Shift Program Operations Key Responsibilities Program Management Drive execution of the North American B2B Secular Shift Vertical Strategy Establish and facilitate the cadence of activities that drive both alignment and milestone achievement Build and maintain clear and predictive KPI reporting Growth & Commercial Execution Facilitate initiatives that increase card adoption, activation, spend and acceptance at scale Collaborate with Sales, Channels, and Partnerships to embed card‑led strategies into acquisition and portfolio management Facilitate alignment with global product teams to build out capabilities that embed in key vertical technology solutions (construction & trades, B2C retail and restaurants, property & casualty insurance) to drive secular shift Pilot, measure, and scale initiatives that drive sustained behavioral change Customer & Market Insight Establish and facilitate the processes to gather industry and market data Track competitive and fintech trends impacting vertical specific payment choices Facilitate translating insights into differentiated value propositions and prioritized initiatives Cross Functional Influence & Performance Align stakeholders across product, marketing, analytics, risk, operations, and technology Define KPIs tied to conversion, usage, spend growth, and profitability Communicate progress, results, and recommendations to senior leadership All About You Program Execution & Accountability Obsessed: You have experience driving enterprise programs across varied stakeholder groups including Finance, Sales, Product, Services, and Development. Pay Ranges Purchase, New York: $164,000 - $271,000 USD Compensation & Benefits In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
