Job Summary The Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare / Drunk Elephant Sales and Training Executive reports to the Regional Sales Director and is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives. The Executive will build brand awareness with retail partners in assigned territories by executing retailer programs, launches, event strategy, and freelance management, establishing strong relationships to drive sales and increase in-store opportunities. What You Will Do Drive sales and execute strategies within each retailer to achieve the sales plan. Maintain a cohesive monthly schedule that aligns with territory volume, call cycle, and top‑volume door focus, incorporating MAPPP™ methodology into door governance. Plan, schedule, and execute events in key doors utilizing event strategy and assets to drive incremental retail sales and brand awareness. Build strong relationships with Ulta, Sephora, and other retail partners, including store management, regional/district managers, event managers, and education managers. Meet deadlines for requests including calendars, expenses, and event recaps while adhering to partner protocols. Recruit, hire, inspire, schedule, develop, and retain productive freelance team members to achieve sales and transaction goals. Monitor and assess weekly SPH/ROI for freelance teams, adjusting strategies to meet brand targets. Manage freelance budgeting, scheduling, and productivity to drive incremental sales. Make strategic T&E budget decisions and ensure overall compliance. Ensure stores are merchandised for maximum visual exposure per Merchandising guidelines (MAPPP™). Focus on raising brand rank and seizing competitive market share. Provide feedback to education and events teams on strategy effectiveness. Communicate stock concerns to partners and planners to prevent out‑of‑stock situations. Serve as brand ambassador, maintaining strong knowledge of Brand DNA, products, and heritage. Apply excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and navigate multiple teams. Maintain self‑motivation and positivity, aligning with the organization’s vision. Work a flexible schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, including weekends and holidays. Maintain a valid driver’s license; use a car to visit all doors in the call cycle of the defined territory. Who You Are 3-5 years equivalent experience in the Cosmetic/Aesthetic/Beauty industry. Passion for the Beauty Industry, Sales, and Clients. Proven ability to drive sales, meet/exceed goals, and provide excellent customer service. Skilled in assessing, analyzing, and identifying business trends. Experience managing budgets successfully. Ability to inspire, coach, and develop a team. Exceptional interpersonal skills and knowledge to build positive business partnerships. Works collaboratively in a fast‑paced, changing environment. Self‑motivated and able to work independently. Excellent verbal, non‑verbal, and written communication skills with solid presentation abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other analytical tools. Travel up to 50%; must have a valid driver’s license. Comfortable with varied travel methods (car, plane, train). Can lift up to 30 pounds and work on feet for several hours a day in a fragranced environment. Hold a valid driver’s license. Actual base pay offered will be based on several factors including job‑specific knowledge, education, skills, and depth of experience. In addition to base pay, we may offer additional forms of compensation as components of a total compensation package, including participation in our bonus program.
