KYT Technology Inc is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR and Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team in Redlands, CA. This exciting opportunity is perfect for a bilingual Chinese-English professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. If you're passionate about people, processes, and keeping operations running smoothly, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
- Support full-cycle recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
- Serve as a bilingual (Chinese/English) liaison between management, employees, and external partners
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files in compliance with company policies
- Coordinate administrative office functions including correspondence, scheduling, and supply management
- Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee relations matters
- Draft and translate HR documents, policies, and communications in both Chinese and English
- Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions as needed
- Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English — written and verbal
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, administrative coordination, or a related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS platforms
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of California employment law and HR best practices is a plus
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
