Part Time Receptionist KIA

Responsibilities Answer dealership group phones Greet and receive prospects and customers Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to a salesperson Work cooperatively with the sales team Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents Qualifications Excellent communication skills Outgoing and positive demeanor Professional presentation Schedule Evening shifts are 4 P.M. to close (7 P.M.). This role is primarily nights with some Saturdays scheduled throughout the month. Saturday shifts are 8 A.M. – 5 P.M. We are willing to train the right person!
