Join Our Team as a Radiology Tech Job Description: - Exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic Radiology department! - Location: Clyde, NC — a short drive from beautiful Asheville and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Position Details: - Role: Radiology Tech (CT and optional MRI) - Shift: Day shifts from 7 AM to 5 PM - Number of Openings: 1 Unit Information: - Department: Radiology (Cost Center: 726) - Patient Ratios: 20-30 patients per tech with two techs on duty. - Equipment: GE - EHR: Paragon Key Responsibilities: - Perform a variety of CT procedures including: - Biopsy - Drainage - Coronary CTA - Nerve Root blocks - Ability to perform fluoroscopy on the CT machine is essential. Qualifications: - Required Certifications: - ARRT R - CT certified - Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Radiology setting - Preferred Skills: MRI experience, if possible Additional Information: - On-call rotation a couple of nights a week shared among staff. - Weekend hours only if PTO is utilized.
