General Liability Attorney
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Remote or Hybrid Available)

Our client, a nationally recognized Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a General Liability Attorney to join its Los Angeles office. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated general liability matters while enjoying flexible remote or hybrid work arrangements within a collaborative national platform.

What You'll Work On:

• Defending general liability matters through all phases of litigation
• Managing cases from inception through resolution
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and other substantive court filings
• Conducting legal research and managing discovery
• Taking and defending depositions
• Appearing at hearings, mediations, and other court proceedings
• Assisting with trial preparation and litigation strategy
• Working directly with clients on complex liability matters

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of general liability litigation experience
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Experience handling discovery, motion practice, and depositions
• Excellent oral advocacy and communication abilities
• Ability to independently manage litigation matters in a fast-paced environment
• Strong academic credentials
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active California Bar admission required
