Join Our Team – Full-Time Production Positions Available!
Looking for a steady, full-time role in a fast-paced environment? We’re hiring Production Employees to join our team in Granite City! No experience? No problem — we’ll train you and set you up for success.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Work hands-on in production packing, weighing, assembling, and handling products
Follow all safety, quality, and food safety (cGMP & HACCP) standards
Inspect products to make sure they meet quality expectations
Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
Help with equipment setup, changeovers, and general production support
Report any issues with equipment, safety, or product quality
Work closely with your team and supervisors to keep production running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a production environment
Strong attention to detail and quality
Team player with a good work ethic
Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
Willingness to learn and take on different tasks as needed
Able to work with minimal supervision when needed
Experience:
No experience required — training is provided
Manufacturing or food production experience is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for long periods
Frequent use of hands and arms
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working in hot, cold, or wet environments
Ability to work around machinery and in a production setting
