Partner Solutions Engineer, Rubrik Location: This role is fully remote in the US. Compensation: Base of roughly $75K - $90K plus bonus opportunities. About The Role The Partner Solutions Engineer, Rubrik is responsible for planning and designing solutions to meet client needs, with a focus on Rubrik technologies and cyber resiliency strategies. Incumbents are accountable for defining processes for technical platforms, developing system specifications, and creating system interfaces and business applications that support secure, scalable, and resilient client environments. What You’ll Do At Insight Design and coordinate large and complex projects. Apply the principles of science and mathematics to develop economical solutions to technical problems. Use systems analysis to design and diagram all parts of a particular system. Accountable for all facets of development of technical platforms, system specifications, and system interfaces. Coordinate efforts of other teammates involved in a project. Document problems and resolution for future reference. Engage in partner- and customer-facing calls with sales teams to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and support solution alignment. Partner with alliance teams to scope multi-vendor opportunities and support a solutions-led selling approach beyond core product focus. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or similar. 3‑4 years hands‑on experience within a similar industry. Partner/Channel Experience required; Rubrik experience highly preferred. Familiarity with Windows, Cisco Systems, UNIX, Linux, Novell. Ability to work with both basic and high‑level testing and documentation. Strong analytical abilities and professional office experience. Familiarity with large account environments and protocol required. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Ability to keep current with alternative systems and technology and make technology recommendations to management consistent with the company’s business and systems strategies. Ability to multitask with strong organization and time‑management skills. Ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints within a timely fashion.
