• Professional presentation of the team and location THE AURUM LEADERSHIP STANDARD When performance falls behind, the Store Lead is expected to identify the cause, establish a recovery plan, coach the team, increase activity, and personally contribute to the solution. Store Leads are evaluated on more than their own production. Success includes developing representatives, maintaining stable staffing, protecting customer quality, and creating a store that can perform consistently.
