$25 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Conduct home tours for potential buyers, ensuring they have all the information needed to make confident decisions.
• Coordinate with clients to schedule showings, maintaining a seamless and efficient process that respects their time and preferences.
• Collaborate with our team of top-producing agents to strategize and execute effective sales tactics, enhancing client satisfaction and closing rates.
• Provide timely and accurate feedback to clients after showings, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Stay informed about the latest market trends and property listings, positioning yourself as a knowledgeable resource for clients.
• Assist in preparing and presenting offers, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted promptly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty through exceptional service and communication.

Qualifications:

• Fully Available
• Active Florida Real Estate License, ensuring you're ready to hit the ground running.
• Experience in conducting home tours, providing clients with insightful and engaging property viewings.
• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple showings, respecting clients' schedules and preferences.
• Proven track record of collaborating effectively with a team, enhancing sales strategies and client satisfaction.
• Strong communication skills, enabling you to provide clear and timely feedback to clients after showings.
• Knowledge of current market trends and property listings, positioning you as a trusted resource for clients.
• Experience in preparing and presenting offers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all documentation submitted to clients and stakeholders.
