Foreign Military Sales Analyst Duties
As a FOREIGN MILITARY SALES ANALYST at the GS-0301-13 some of your typical work assignments may include:
- Articulates LOA case issues, projects, problems to be solved, actionable events, milestones, and/or program issues under review, and deadlines and time frames for completion.
- Serves as expert in planning, programming, guidelines, processes, data visualization and reporting requirements to ensure LOAs are processed accurately and coordinated appropriately.
- Performs continuous appraisal of SC/SA objectives and goals through complex analysis requiring application of advanced analytical methods and techniques.
- Serves as an authority in SC/SA case development, providing guidance and recommendations to leadership that address complex problems, and issues that cross organizational boundaries and impact implementation and case execution.
- Prepares, coordinates, and performs a technical review of FMS and Building Partner Capacity (BPC) contractual agreements (LOAs, Amendments and Modifications) to ensure conformance to existing policies and procedures.
- Builds relationships with SC stakeholders across all SC programs and authorities in order to develop, integrate, prioritize, and report requirements to meet the needs of the SC community at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels.
