Senior Media Manager

Atlanta, GA | Kansas City, MO | Philadelphia, PASagepath Reply, US – Omni-Channel Marketing /Full Time /HybridSagepath Reply is seeking a Senior Media Manager to lead the strategy, planning, execution and optimization of integrated paid media programs for our clients.This is a highly client-facing role for someone who can move comfortably between the big picture and the details—translating business objectives into media strategies, presenting recommendations to senior client stakeholders, and ensuring campaigns deliver measurable results.The Senior Media Manager will own media strategy and performance across a portfolio of clients. You will be expected to understand what is happening within the platforms while also looking beyond individual channel metrics to determine what media is contributing to the client's broader business objectives.The ideal candidate is strategic, analytical and curious, with strong paid media expertise and the confidence to serve as a trusted advisor to clients.You will report to the Director of Omni-Channel MarketingResponsibilitiesLead development of integrated media strategies aligned to client business objectives, audiences and KPIs.Develop cross-channel media plans spanning paid search, paid social, Performance Max, display/programmatic, video and emerging channels as appropriate.Develop annual, quarterly and campaign-level media plans and forecasts.Serve as a primary media subject-matter expert and trusted advisor for assigned client relationships.Lead media conversations during client meetings, confidently presenting strategy, performance, insights and recommendations.Translate complex media and performance data into clear business implications for both marketing stakeholders and senior executives.Proactively identify opportunities, challenges and changes in performance before they become client concerns.Partner with account and strategy leadership on client planning, growth opportunities and executive-level presentations.Oversee campaign architecture, activation, optimization and quality assurance across paid media platforms.Manage media budgets, pacing and forecasts, proactively reallocating investment based on performance and opportunity.Analyze campaign and customer data to identify trends, opportunities and actionable insights.Partner with analytics teams to evaluate attribution, conversion tracking and measurement quality.Ensure campaign implementation, trafficking, tracking and QA processes meet Sagepath Reply standards.Lead development and presentation of recurring client performance reporting.Identify cross-channel, audience, creative and conversion insights that improve both media performance and broader marketing strategy.Develop forecasts, scenarios and investment recommendations to help clients make informed budget decisions.Develop POVs and thought leadership that translate industry changes into practical implications for clients.Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve campaign management, analysis, optimization and media planning.Maintain strong relationships with media platforms, technology partners and vendors.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.5+ years of digital media or performance marketing experience, preferably within an agency or consulting environment.Demonstrated experience developing and leading paid media strategies for complex client accounts.Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, including Search and Performance Max.Experience across additional paid media channels such as Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, display and/or programmatic media.Experience managing significant media budgets and making investment recommendations across channels.Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, attribution, conversion tracking and funnel optimization.Experience with GA4 and other analytics/reporting platforms.Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.Strong client-facing experience, including presenting strategies and performance recommendations to senior stakeholders.Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.Strong organizational and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients, campaigns and priorities simultaneously.Preferred ExperienceAgency or consulting experience.Experience managing or mentoring junior media professionals.Experience with B2B and B2C media strategies.Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Marketo.Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio and/or data visualization platforms.Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) media strategies.Experience supporting new business pitches and organic account growth.Experience applying AI and automation to media planning, activation, optimization or analysis.Google Ads and/or other relevant platform certifications.About ReplyReply specializes in the design and implementation of solutions based on new communication channels and digital media.
