About the role

In this position, you will take charge of the design strategy for the Reporting, Sales, and Fiscalisation sectors within our Point of Sale (POS) product suite. Your primary focus will be on converting intricate financial data into user-friendly experiences for merchants, while also ensuring a seamless integration within our extensive payment and banking ecosystem.

What you’ll do

• Oversee the entire design process for Reporting, Fiscalisation, and Sales, from the initial research phase through to the final implementation.
• Streamline reporting interfaces across both mobile and dashboard platforms to enhance data accessibility for users.
• Craft comprehensive user journeys for onboarding and exporting that comply with international regulatory requirements.
• Establish standardized user experience patterns for the presentation of financial data across the organization.
• Shape product roadmaps and strategic directions through independent research and close collaboration with engineering and product management teams.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that design solutions are feasible and aligned with technical capabilities.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence within the team.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in from various departments.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in product design to continuously enhance our offerings.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization, ensuring that user needs are prioritized in product development.
• Analyze user feedback and metrics to iterate on designs and improve overall product performance.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product design, with a portfolio that demonstrates your end-to-end ownership of complex digital products.
• Proven track record in designing dashboards or analytics tools that make operational data accessible to non-expert users.
• Strong foundation in information architecture and systems thinking, particularly within interconnected product ecosystems.
• Experience in leading product discovery initiatives and validating design solutions independently.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively align stakeholders across diverse business and technical areas.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a strong focus on user needs and business objectives.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in UX design.
• Previous experience in the fintech industry or with financial products.
• Proficiency in additional design tools beyond Figma, such as Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite.

Skills & tools

• Proficient in Figma for UI/UX design.
• Experience with Miro for collaborative brainstorming and design workshops.
• Familiarity with Notion for project management and documentation.
