This includes assessment, treatment planning, supervision of implementation, caregiver collaboration, and ongoing coaching of behavioral technicians. Clinical Supervisors report to the Group Clinical Manager and work in a salaried, exempt, full‐time capacity. Responsibilities Use clinical judgment to promote optimal outcomes for each patient Develop, maintain, and update treatment plans at least once per month based on patient response Ensure 100% treatment adherence in supervised hours each month Evaluate patients to identify skill deficits and strengths, and analyze challenging behaviors to determine function Create functionally relevant treatment plans to reduce challenging behaviors Observe treatment implementation for program revisions and monitor treatment integrity Direct behavioral technicians in implementing new or revised protocols Coach and train behavioral technicians, providing ongoing supervision Support technicians physically within the center and demonstrate best practices of direct observation Summarize and analyze data to evaluate progress toward treatment goals and adjust protocols accordingly Fulfill a minimum of 120 billable hours per month, including supervisory and therapy hours Accurately communicate treatment responses to stakeholders, including caregivers and payers Coordinate care with other professionals and administer standardized assessments Include caregivers as part of the treatment team through consistent collaboration meetings Engage with payers for funding meetings (e.g., IEP, peer reviews) Stay current on best practices for ABA treatment to ensure clinical excellence Maintain appropriate documentation in Skills and the patient’s medical record Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, families, and colleagues Provide a safe and supportive environment for patients, families, and colleagues Maintain compliance with HIPAA requirements at all times Partner effectively with center leadership, including Operations Manager, Clinical Supervisors, Administrative Coordinator, and Behavior Technician Leads Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field (required) Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (required) Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) (required) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Empathetic and compassionate with strict confidentiality adherence Collaborative, positive, and solution‑focused attitude toward team members Independent problem‑solving and clinical judgment skills Effective verbal and written communication abilities Excellent time‑management in a fast‑paced, changing environment Proficient computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook), and adaptability to new systems and iPads Desire for continuous learning and skill development Willingness to work in various locations (center, patient home, etc.) and with diverse patients Reliable means of transportation with proof of auto insurance Passage of a tuberculosis test Proficiency in English, both written and verbal Physical Requirements Work with patients seated on the floor, in chairs, or in clinic environments Move frequently throughout therapeutic settings to gather materials, anticipate patient movements, and provide instruction Position oneself to participate in and respond to patient behaviors, including bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching Track patient movement visually and respond to aggression or safety hazards Teach patients to use vocal speech and model speaking clearly Teach gross and fine motor skills, such as climbing, jumping, clapping, or opening containers Operate indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions in patient environments Occasionally lift up to 30 lbs while assisting patients Work Environment Treatment may occur in a variety of settings, including patient homes, the CARD center, schools, community locations, or via telehealth.
