Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) PICU, NICU, or Pediatric ER

MedStaff Group is seeking experienced Pediatric Registered Nurses for a specialized pediatric nursing and rehabilitation facility in Brooklyn. This is an exceptional opportunity to care for medically complex children in a highly supportive environment while working alongside pediatric providers, respiratory therapists, rehabilitation specialists, and an experienced interdisciplinary team.

Schedule

• Full-time: three 12-hour shifts per week
• Day and night shifts available
• One weekend per month required

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to medically complex pediatric patients.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and accurately.
• Closely monitor patients and respond quickly to changes in clinical condition.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Educate and support patients' families throughout the care process.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active New York State RN license required.
• Minimum of two years of recent experience in at least one of the following:
• Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
• Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
• Pediatric Emergency Department
• Strong pediatric assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional pediatric care.

Compensation and Benefits

• $55$65 per hour
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid throughout the first year
