Transportation Driver (CNA) - Join Our Team at Avir at Victoria!
We are seeking a dedicated and caring Transportation Driver (CNA) to join our team at Avir at Victoria, a compassionate and patient-centered healthcare organization in Victoria, TX. As a vital member of our staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and comfortable transportation of our patients to and from their medical appointments and procedures.
About the Role:
As a Transportation Driver (CNA), you will be responsible for:
Safely transporting patients to and from appointments and procedures in our state-of-the-art vehicles
Providing exceptional patient care and support, including assistance with mobility, transfers, and medication management
Maintaining accurate records and documentation of patient transportation services
Collaborating with our clinical team to ensure seamless communication and patient care
Adhering to safety protocols and standards to ensure a safe and secure transportation experience for our patients
Requirements:
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Texas
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred
Minimum 0 years of experience in patient transportation or healthcare setting; previous experience in a similar role a plus
Ability to lift, push, and pull patients and equipment; flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
