Summary
The Warehouse Fulfillment Coordinator assists with the daily operations of the warehouse.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Receives, inspects and assembles all equipment; reports any defected equipment
- Fills orders for supplies and equipment as approved
- Prepares supplies and equipment for delivery
- Completes daily inventory reports and submits to management
- Tracks all equipment in inventory system
- Follows inventory control measures through min/max process
- Maintains the warehouse in a neat and orderly fashion
- Ensures that all paperwork is properly executed
- Assists with loading for disbursement
- Delivers and services products as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
- Periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Full range of body motion, including handling and lifting up to 50 pounds, manual and finger dexterity, and eye-hand coordination under a variety of conditions
- Vision and hearing corrected within normal range
- Standing and walking for extensive periods of times
- Possible exposure to medicinal preparations, communicable diseases and body fluids
