Position Summary: Unit Manager ( RN ) The Unit Manager (RN) is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations of an assigned unit, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring residents receive exceptional, person-centered care. This role works closely with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team to maintain regulatory compliance, support staff development, and promote positive resident outcomes. Qualifications: Current R.N. license by State required Must have at least two years of nursing experience.
