Master Automotive Technician – $35–$45/HR+ | No Weekends | High Car Count

L&M Auto Repair is looking for a high-level Master Technician who wants to make great money, work with strong people, and be part of a shop that actually runs correctly.

We’ve been serving Wichita since 1967 and have built a reputation for doing things differently—honest inspections, quality repairs, and taking care of people the right way.

Our car count is high, our customer retention is strong, and we stay busy year-round.

This is not a dead shop with empty bays and empty promises.

We have work.
A lot of it.

If you can diagnose efficiently, stay productive, and work well with a team, you will do very well here.

You are not replacing someone. We are growing, expanding into a new building, and adding more high-level people to the team.

Pay

$35–$45+/HR depending on experience, skill level, and productivity.

Flag Hour, plus Tiered structure for ballers!

Our pay structure rewards strong performers and gives technicians the opportunity to make very good money consistently.

What You’ll Do

Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently and accurately
Handle complex drivability, electrical, and mechanical issues
Perform thorough inspections and communicate clearly with advisors
Work alongside other experienced technicians in a fast-paced environment
Help maintain a productive, positive shop culture

What We’re Looking For

Master/A-Level technician experience
Strong diagnostic ability, especially electrical and drivability
Solid work ethic and sense of urgency
Team player with a good attitude
Punctual and dependable
Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
Your own professional tools ready to go
