The Expo coordinates the pace and flow between the kitchen and the Servers. We have:

- Skills to coordinate and manage the pace and flow between the Servers and the kitchen
- Attention to detail to monitor ticket times and communicate with cook line to assure prompt delivery of orders
- A commitment to ensure that all orders are prepared according to the Guests' specifications and follow the Metro
- Diner recipes and menu
- The ability to immediately notify management of any item that needs to be recooked and run to a table
- The capability to call for food runners to ensure food gets to the table in a timely manner
- Experience as a Expeditor in a fast-paced work environment
- Working experience with reading a KDS screen and an understanding of ticket items
- Organizational skills to maintain contact with the kitchen, Managers, and Servers to ensure that dining details are handled properly and Guests' concerns are addressed
- The ability to diffuse stressful situations through a calm, thoughtful demeanor
The desire to work with servers, food runners, and bussers to ensure efficient operations while focusing on Guests' needs
