Foundational Data Resources Analyst

Role Description

This role has been designated as ‘Remote/Teleworker’, which means you will primarily work from home.

Develops, implements and utilizes processes and tools to enable the sales life-cycle:

• Pricing
• Orders
• Invoicing
• Opportunity assessment
• Field inventory management
• Sales pipeline analytics and forecasting solutions

Reports and analyzes:

• Order pipeline
• Bookings
• Revenue forecasting
• Revenue reporting
• Sales productivity
• Goal attainment

Maintains and enhances:

• Sales force automation systems
• Product/service costing models
• Margin management tools/systems

Applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues.

Works on problems of moderately complex scope and acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input.

Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action.

Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business Management or equivalent
• Typically 5+ years experience in analytics, sales enablement, and sales planning
• Experience with SFDC preferred
• Experience with Anaplan preferred
• Experience with Oracle preferred
• Experience with PowerBI preferred
• Experience with SAP preferred
• Experience partnering with Sales preferred

Requirements

• Experience implementing policies, processes, and analytics methods to provide operations support for sales activities
• Ability to apply analytical, statistics and problem solving skills
• Understanding of business and sales operations processes and practices
• Using forecasting and planning methodologies to develop guidance for deploying resources and activities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Mastery in English and local language
• Ability to effectively communicate quality plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options
