At SYN Dupont Bar & Lounge, as a Bartender, you're the mixologist, the mood-setter, and the master of the moment. You blend precision with personality, crafting cocktails that hit hard and service that hits different. You know your spirits, read your guests, and keep the energy electric.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the bar with confidencemix, shake, and stir with style and speed.
• Deliver elevated guest experiences through expert drink knowledge and flawless execution.
• Manage bar prep, stock, and cleanliness like a pro.
• Upsell with authenticityrecommend cocktails, spirits, and pairings that match the vibe.
• Keep the bar flowingcollaborate with servers, runners, and barbacks to maintain pace.
• Handle cash and POS transactions with accuracy and accountability.
• Monitor guest behavior to maintain a safe and respectful environment.
• Stay sharp on trends, seasonal ingredients, and new techniques.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of bartending experience in high-volume, high-energy environments.
• Deep knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail creation.
• Charisma, hustle, and a guest-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask, stay cool under pressure, and lead the vibe.
• Strong communication and a sharp eye for detail.
