salary: $24 - $26 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Screening: Reviewing resumes and conducting initial phone screens to qualify candidates for light industrial or clerical roles.
• Interview Support: Scheduling interviews for Recruiters or Branch Managers and ensuring candidates have all necessary information.
• I-9 & Background Compliance: Managing the E-Verify process, initiating background checks, and tracking drug screening results.
• Onboarding Coordination: Facilitating new hire paperwork and conducting orientation for temporary employees before they head to a client site.
• Payroll Support: Assisting with weekly time-card collection and resolving basic payroll discrepancies for temporary staff.
