This role combines core HR operational responsibilities with consultative business partner duties—helping leaders build high-performing teams, guiding workforce planning, providing compensation insights, and supporting a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.The ideal candidate is a collaborative and resourceful HR professional with excellent judgment, who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.**Duties & Responsibilities:*** Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.* Serve as the primary HR advisor for the R&D and Operations teams, providing strategic counsel and day-to-day support.* Coach managers through employee relations matters, performance issues, and conflict resolution with a balanced, solutions-focused approach.* Collaborate with leaders on initiatives that improve employee engagement, retention, and team culture.* Support core HR operations by maintaining and updating employee records and ensuring HRIS data integrity.* Design, coordinate, and facilitate employee training and development programs to support skill growth, compliance, and career advancement.* Support all aspects of the performance management cycle, including goal setting, feedback processes, and annual reviews.* Oversee key aspects of the performance management cycle, including goal setting, feedback, and annual reviews, and collaborate with leadership to evaluate and improve individual and team performance.* Conduct compensation benchmarking and analysis to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.* Partner with Finance and department heads to support salary planning, merit reviews, and promotion processes.* Leverage HRIS data and dashboards to identify trends and provide actionable insights to business leaders.* Coordinate and execute company-wide events, including employee engagement and recognition programs.* Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures in accordance with business needs and compliance standards.* Support core HR operations by maintaining and updating employee records and ensuring HRIS data integrity.* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies.* Support HR projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed.* Other duties as needed or required.## Qualifications**Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.* 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience supporting business functions such as R&D, Engineering, or Operations.* Proven track record in employee relations, compensation analysis, and performance management.* Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence, coach, and build credibility across all levels.* High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.* Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Paycom is a plus.
