Janitor Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $13.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- First Shift ( Sunday through Thursday )
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout assigned campus buildings.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, restroom sanitation, and trash removal.
- Restock restroom and facility supplies as needed.
- Clean and maintain classrooms, offices, residence halls, common areas, hallways, and stairwells.
- Complete floor care and carpet cleaning projects, including extraction and refinishing, as assigned.
- Operate and maintain custodial equipment and supplies in a safe and professional manner.
- Follow University and department safety policies, procedures, and uniform standards.
Janitor Qualifications:
- Clean and sanitize campus facilities, including classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas.
- Vacuum, mop, dust, remove trash, and restock supplies.
- Complete floor care and carpet cleaning projects.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and work areas.
- Follow safety procedures and provide outstanding service to the University community.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
