Bartender

As Bartender, you are responsible for the set-up, maintenance and operation of the bar. You are also responsible for creating an enjoyable experience for our guests while providing friendly, accurate and efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greeting guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explaining all specials, promotions and food items on the menu
• Preparing drinks to industry and brand standards
• Having a thorough understanding of service and timing standards and serve guests per these established standards
• Maintaining a knowledge of food pairings and recommended wines or beverages that go well with appetizers, entrees and desserts
• Memorizing and promoting daily specials
• Maintaining a knowledge of food and drink menu items, promotions, ingredients and prep time
• Perform responsible alcohol service per brand standards
• Working in a team environment, assist other Servers/Team Members as needed
• Entering all orders into the POS

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift 30 pounds
• Food Handlers Card Required
• 1-year previous bartender experience required

Compensation: $17.00 per hour
