Bilingual Administrative Support Specialist (English/Spanish) We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish), detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and computer skills to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while supporting both office operations and our property management team. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service Perform data entry and order entry accurately and efficiently Support the sales team with administrative tasks File, scan, and maintain office documents and records Assist with product searches in our warehouse Process customer returns and warranty claims Order replacement parts as needed Request Return Authorizations (RAs) from vendors Create and maintain the Scratch & Dent inventory list Coordinate between warehouse and office teams to ensure accurate inventory records Provide administrative support to our property management team Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish required Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Appliance industry knowledge is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and professional demeanor Schedule Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM No weekends Paid holidays Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) Plan Paid Vacation Sick Pay Why Join Us?
