Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and team members Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times Must be comfortable with heights and using ladders Clean driving record Honest, respectful and service‑oriented required Basic knowledge of window coverings is desirable Experience in outside sales is an advantage Familiarity with remodeling and renovation processes is a plus; must be able to use a tape measure Schedule Monday to Friday Weekends on occasion Supplemental Pay Bonus opportunities Commission pay Monthly bonus Performance bonus Weekly bonus Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
