Assisted Living QMAP

Christian Living Communities is seeking an Assisted Living QMAP to support residents with safe medication administration and daily living in our faith-based senior community. You will follow physician orders, document accurately, observe and report changes in condition, and collaborate with nurses and caregivers. The role includes assisting with personal care, promoting independence, and providing compassionate, person-centered support aligned with Christian values while maintaining regulatory compliance and high standards of dignity, safety, and respect.
