Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized psychotherapy services to clients through virtual sessions, focusing on stable, low-acuity adults.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the physical, mental, and emotional states of clients.

• Develop, implement, and continually refine treatment plans utilizing evidence-based, solution-focused therapeutic approaches.

• Monitor and document the progress of each client throughout their treatment journey to ensure effective care.

• Guide clients in the development of coping skills and strategies tailored to help them reach personal and therapeutic goals.

• Engage in regular consultations with colleagues to enhance treatment strategies and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clients will be adults in hospice care who require support for grief, depression, anxiety, or adjustment to serious health conditions. You will play a crucial role in addressing their unique emotional needs while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care aligned with their end-of-life goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Current licensure in the state of Maryland is mandatory; acceptable licenses include LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.

• Candidate must not have limited/provisional licenses or any disciplinary actions on their record.
\n
