BluePearl Cares! opportunities to support charitable work. The Kind of Person We're Excited to Work With A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Veterinary Medical Doctor (VMD) degree. Holding a valid state veterinary license. Committed to emergency care with ongoing learning and high standards of quality, compassion, and care. Strong problem-solving, analytical, attention to detail, and follow-through skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Compensation and Sign-On Bonus Average Base + Production Compensation Range: $160,000-$220,000 Sign-On Bonus up to $50,000 This position is eligible for production pay with No Negative Accrual. Production is paid out quarterly. Pay range disclaimer: compensation includes base + production; ancillary benefits vary by region and hospital.
