BG Staffing is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Apartment Leasing Consultant to join a thriving apartment community in Laguna Beach, CA. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing exceptional service, and helping prospective residents find their next home.

• Welcome prospective residents and conduct professional apartment tours.
• Provide outstanding customer service to current and future residents.
• Process rental applications, prepare lease documents, and maintain accurate resident records.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage leasing office communications.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, resident retention efforts, and community outreach.
• Support daily office operations to ensure an efficient leasing process.
• Follow up on leads and maintain strong resident and prospect relationships.
• Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming leasing office environment.

• Previous apartment leasing, property management, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, sales, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers and property management software.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
