Exciting Opportunity for an Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

Our organization is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Obstetrics & Gynecology physician to become part of a well-established practice in Mason City, Iowa.

Practice Overview

• Dynamic Practice: Join a busy practice with immediate patient volume.
• Flexible Scheduling: Options for both full-time and part-time positions available.
• Collaborative Team: Work alongside three OBGYNs and one ARNP.
• On-Call Requirements: Approximately five days of call per month.
• Modern Facilities: Newly renovated clinic situated on the main campus, conveniently located near labor & delivery, lab, pharmacy, and radiology, with access to Perinatology consultations.
• Operating Room Availability: Dedicated block time for OB/GYN surgeons, including robotic surgery options, available five days a week.
• Neonatal Care: Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) staffed 24/7 by Pediatric Hospitalists and NICU Nurses, with an on-site blood bank.
• In-House Specialists: Access to various specialists for consultation and collaboration in patient care, including Cardiology, Orthopedics, and Anesthesiology.

Candidate Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible; certification required within three years of eligibility.

Recruitment Package

We offer a competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package for the right candidate, which includes:

• Income Guarantee: $400,000 per year for two years, plus productivity incentives (for full-time).
• Bonus Package: $250,000 (for full-time).
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000 (for full-time).
• PTO: 34 days when on base; 40 days when on production (for full-time).
• CME Allowance: $5,500 annually.
