Job Full Description A local manufacturing and fabrication company inOdessa, FL is looking for a dependable Welder/Fabricator to join their team. We are seeking someone with hands-on welding experience who takes pride in producing clean, quality work.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

What You'll Do
- Perform welding and fabrication of metal components and structures
- Set up and safely operate welding equipment and tools
- Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal components
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- At least 1 year of verifiable hands-on welding experience
- Experience with MIG welding preferred
- Comfortable using measuring tools such as a tape measure
- Experience with metal fabrication or structural welding is a plus
- TIG, stainless steel, or aluminum welding experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
