This role is central to delivering rehabilitative, patient-centered care as a Physical Therapist, evaluating and treating a range of musculoskeletal and functional conditions to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall quality of life. Working collaboratively with providers and interdisciplinary teams, this position develops and implements individualized treatment plans that support recovery, injury prevention, and long-term wellness. The role requires strong clinical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to evidence-based practice in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, compassionate, and dedicated to fostering meaningful patient relationships while upholding the highest standards of clinical excellence and care.Key Responsibilities:Perform initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plansImplement therapeutic interventions (exercise, manual therapy, modalities)Monitor progress and adjust plans based on clinical responseEducate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury preventionMaintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMRCoordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionalsEnsure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and safety standardsQualifications:Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited programActive state PT license (or eligibility)CPR/BLS certificationStrong clinical reasoning and communication skills
