This role focuses on selling Honeywell's Building Solutions portfolio, including Building Management Systems (BMS), Fire and Life Safety, Access Control, and Software solutions. The position requires a consultative sales approach, strong business acumen, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.Territory & Location: This role will manage business development activities across the Southern United States, with a primary focus on the Southeast region. Candidates may be based anywhere within the assigned territory, with Orlando, FL, and Atlanta, GA, identified as preferred locations. The successful candidate will focus on acquiring new healthcare customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth across Honeywell's full Building Solutions (HBS) portfolio, including Building Management Systems (BMS), Fire & Life Safety, Security & Access Control, and connected building software solutions.
