Assess and evaluate client care, clinic flow and staff efficiency in effort to maximize revenue while providing quality client care 3. Consults and coordinates with health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate client care plans 4. Observes nurses and to ensure that proper nursing care is provided 1. Directs and supervises program plans for the client/population-based nursing services of a county health department. 2. Monitors and evaluates nursing and other clinical programs for the county. 6. Participates in the development and administration of budgets. 8. Creates and maintains a high performance environment characterized by positive leadership and a strong team orientation.Minimum QualificationsAssociate degree in nursing from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of nursing experience and completion of a PHN course within one year of hire and current Georgia Registered Professional Nurse license and CPR certification; or two (2) years of experience at the lower-level PH Registered Nurse Spv (HCP193) or position equivalent. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in nursing, public health, or related field from an accredited college or university.
