Required Skills:

• Minimum of 14 years old; graduate or attending of high school, or GED.
• Must be coordinated and fast with their eyes and hands.
• Able to complete simple math problems and inventory counts.
• Hard working team players who are capable of working well in small groups.
• Understands, embraces, implements and effectively lead concepts of Lean Manufacturing.

Essential Functions:

• Propagate plants; produce, move, space, prune, cut, and water plants.
• Sort, dump, clean, and maintain stock plants, and assist with research and development projects.
• Assists with on-site planting.
