Required Skills:

- Minimum of 14 years old; graduate or attending of high school, or GED.
- Must be coordinated and fast with their eyes and hands.
- Able to complete simple math problems and inventory counts.
- Hard working team players who are capable of working well in small groups.
- Understands, embraces, implements and effectively lead concepts of Lean Manufacturing.
Essential Functions:
- Propagate plants; produce, move, space, prune, cut, and water plants.
- Sort, dump, clean, and maintain stock plants, and assist with research and development projects.
- Assists with on-site planting.
