Admin Tech Specialist

Envision is seeking a motivated, career, and customer-oriented Admin Tech Specialist to join our team. This position is available at multiple locations, including Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD- Fort Belvoir, VA- Huntsville, AL- Austin, TX- Tobyhanna Army Depot, PA- Letterkenny Army Depot, PA and Lakehurst , NJ. Primary Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for duties which require the ability to plan, develop, and execute programs in support of areas such as records management, internal controls, and other general administrative programs (e.g., property accountability). Serve as the program coordinator for several C5ISR Center RE Programs and will be responsible for gathering, tracking, and coordinating Directorate activities and tasks. Tasks also include, but are not limited to, researching necessary documents and data for the evaluation of trends for decision making on the programs, preparing and processing reports and information papers to support analysis for the programs, and includes the knowledge management of that data and analysis. Assist with Automated Time and Attendance Production System (ATAAPS) and Defense Travel System (DTS) CONUS and/or OCONUS. Utilize and recommend improvements to internal operating procedures and maintain statistical and narrative information on assigned programs, ensuring compliance with governing policy. AS work requires knowledge of administrative and managerial regulations, policies, and practices; ability to analyze and implement guidance; providing assistance to distribute/track honorary awards, office supplies & management; administration of the mentoring Program and annual Customer Survey; and, coordination with other directorates and C5ISR Center HQ for routine activities. Required Skills: 5+ years of related experience in program support roles Proficiency with ATAAPS, DTS, and Microsoft Office tools Experience in data tracking, reporting, and knowledge management to support operational efficiency Ability to interpret regulations, ensure compliance, and implement process improvements Desired Skills: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a related field Security Clearance Requirements: Active TS-SCI Security Clearance Envision Innovative Solutions is an equal-opportunity employer.
