Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProcess paying and receiving functionsBuild rapport with customers, identify their needs, and refer them to bankers for appropriate products and servicesAccepts and process paymentsIssues Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, Certified Checks, Gift cards, and Travel cards.Balancing of teller drawers and machinesProcess coin orders, and coin chargesRedeem U.S. Savings BondsAnswer phone inquiriesBalance the ATMProcess cash advances.Perform other activities as requestedRequirementsCustomer service & cash handling experience, exceptional customer service skills & good figure aptitude.
