Southern Health Partners (SHP) is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator to coordinate healthcare services and support a small, close-knit medical team in a secure correctional healthcare setting.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate daily healthcare operations and help ensure quality, compassionate patient care.
• Provide guidance, support, and direction to a small team of healthcare professionals.
• Help coordinate patient assessments, treatment plans, medication administration, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support compliance with applicable healthcare standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with facility personnel and healthcare leadership to address patient care needs.
• Support staff communication, workflow coordination, and efficient day-to-day operations.
• Promote a professional, respectful, and patient-centered healthcare environment.
• Balance administrative responsibilities with clinical oversight and the needs of the patients we serve.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia or eligibility for licensure in Georgia.
• Previous nursing experience required.
• Supervisory, team coordination, or clinical leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently while supporting and collaborating with a small healthcare team.
• Commitment to professional standards, patient confidentiality, and compassionate care.
• Ability to meet the requirements of working in a secure correctional healthcare environment.
