GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY TECHNICIAN POSITION SUMMARY Full‑time technician to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot gas chromatography (GC) systems, perform sample analysis, and ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities Perform routine and non‑routine analysis using GC techniques (GC‑TCD, GC‑MS, GC‑FID). Prepare samples, standards, and reagents for analysis. Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot GC instruments to ensure optimal performance. Interpret and report analytical data in accordance with SOPs. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality control standards (ISO, EPA, etc.). Document results accurately and maintain detailed records. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and methodologies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related field (or equivalent experience). Five (5) years of experience operating GC systems (GC‑TCD, GC‑MS, GC‑FID, etc.). Strong understanding of analytical chemistry principles and laboratory safety practices. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation using ChemStation, MassHunter, or similar software. Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. PLASMA PHYSICIST POSITION SUMMARY Maintain plasmas and record spectra on novel optical power sources used as electrical power generators. Work with engineers, technicians, and machinists in‑house and manage external resources. Qualifications PhD with ≥2 years of experience in plasma systems, plasma characterization (electron and ion energies and densities), and plasma species spectroscopy. Ability to set up and run plasma systems and diagnostics such as driven plasmas and SunCells, acquiring data with spectrometers. Experience with sensors and control instrumentation (pressure, temperature, gas flow). Experience with glow discharge, microwave, or RF plasma is a plus. SENIOR MACHINIST / WELDER / FABRICATOR POSITION SUMMARY Design, build, assemble, and repair novel thermal and electrical power generators at the Newtown, PA facility. Leverage expertise in mechanical fabrication and advanced welding techniques. Job Responsibilities and Skills Use metal working tools (mills, lathes, grinders, etc.) and welders (MIG, TIG, arc). Preference for MIG, TIG, arc welders. Interpret blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications to determine dimensions, tolerances, and setup requirements. Measure, mark, and stencil dimensions; select and store fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, and materials. Use SOLIDWORKS or equivalent; knowledge of welding/plasma fabrication is a plus. Plan and execute component fabrication and assembly; supply chain management of parts and materials. Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot machining or assembly problems. Maintain clean and organized work area, follow safety regulations. Qualifications High school diploma with ≥2 years of extensive hands‑on experience in mechanical, electrical, or thermal systems. Mechanical, electrical, and thermal system assembly and integration capability. Experience with monitor, control, and power meter systems. Eligibility to work in Newtown, PA; flexibility to relocate desirable. PRODUCT ENGINEER POSITION SUMMARY Design, build, and test novel thermal and electrical power generators. Lead mechanical design efforts and mentor other engineers. Accountabilities Plan and lead mechanical design for power system design‑build‑test cycle. Integrate mechanical, thermal, and electrical systems; manage design, integration, and prototyping challenges. Read and produce mechanical drawings; use SOLIDWORKS and AutoCAD. Supply chain management; specify, order, and track materials and parts. Co‑ordinate machinists, fabricators, and contract fabrication shops. Communicate component integration challenges, solutions, and timelines. Lead generator testing, data acquisition, and reporting. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with ≥1 year extensive hands‑on industrial engineering experience in mechanical, electrical, and thermal systems. Mechanical, electrical, and thermal system design and integration expertise. Design and implementation of monitor and control systems. MECHANICAL LABORATORY TECHNICIAN POSITION SUMMARY Assist in the assembly of novel thermal and electrical power generators requiring mechanical skills. Accountabilities Plan and execute component surface preparation, coating, and mechanical assembly. Read mechanical drawings and schematics; troubleshoot integration challenges. Manage parts and materials; coordinate with engineers and technicians. Prepare and submit reports; attend weekly meetings. Set up generator testing station and support testing activities. Qualifications High school diploma with ≥2 years of hands‑on experience in mechanical, electrical, and thermal systems. Mechanical, electrical, and thermal system assembly and integration skills. Experience with monitor and control systems, with relocation flexibility to Newtown, PA or Austin, TX. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Responsibilities Identify and contact strategic partners, licensees, and investors. Negotiate and close deals. Plan and oversee marketing initiatives. Research opportunities and attend industry events. Develop presentations and support due diligence efforts. Maintain contact database and handle electronic communications. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field with a technical minor, or equivalent technical degree. Experience in business development, marketing, or related field. Knowledge of NDA’s, licensing, and lease contracts. Strong verbal and written communication; IT fluency. Project management skills; ability to multi‑task. Excellent organizational and confidentiality skills. Start‑up experience a plus. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce, and PowerPoint.
