Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adults with psychiatric conditions in a hospital setting
- Conduct initial and ongoing nursing assessments; contribute to care planning
- Administer prescribed medications; monitor for effects and safety
- Apply de-escalation techniques and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment
- Document care accurately in the electronic medical record; communicate with the multidisciplinary team
- Support patient admissions, transfers, and discharges; participate in shift handoffs

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in New Hampshire
- Psychiatric/Behavioral Health nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM)
- BLS certification required; additional certifications/specialty training encouraged
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a hospital setting and adapt to fast-paced environments

Education
- RN degree from an accredited program (AS or BSN)
