Job Title

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have at least three month TGASK experience
• Must be able to lift/move 25 lbs. regularly; may occasionally lift/move up to 100 lbs. but only with assistance of other team member or mechanical equipment
• Good communication skills
• Must be able to use small hand tools; bend, kneel, stoop and twist
• Good organizational skills
• Must have received no written corrective action
• Basic leadership and computer skills
• Must have six points or less under Company's Attendance Control System
• Basic knowledge of TPS

Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety: Perform pre-shift and post-shift checks
• Equipment readiness prior to shift: Coordination of maintenance issues
• Leading problem solving activities
• Ability to perform all jobs; Relief work when necessary
• Familiar with QC items
• Perform quality checks (F / L piece checks
• Process Condition Standards
• Standardized Work training; Standardized Work Verification
• Troubleshooting for Team Members
• Ensure 5S rules are followed; Kaizen
• Team Member rotation; Team Member training; update training matrix
• Kanban System (rules and processing); Monthly Kanban adjustments
• Ensure production numbers are met
• Ensure EMS / QMS procedures are followed in performance of job duties; other duties as assigned
